The phone rings and a doctor answers his phone and hears the familiar voice of a fellow doctor.

"We need a fourth for poker," says his buddy.

"I'll be right over," whispers the doctor.

As he's putting on his coat, his wife asks, "Is it serious?"

"Oh yes, quite serious," says the doctor. "In fact, there are three doctors there already"
